We don’t provide installation services ourselves, but we can recommend trusted local installers who are experienced with our products. Many electric fires are straightforward to fit and may not require a professional.
Can I see the electric fires before buying?
Yes – we have a showroom where you can view and try our range of electric fires and media walls. This allows you to see the flame effects, finishes, and sizes in person.
Do electric fires need a chimney or flue?
No – electric fires do not require a chimney, flue, or vent. They simply need a standard electrical socket.
Are electric fires expensive to run?
Running costs depend on your tariff and how you use the fire. On average, the flame effect alone is very low-cost, and the heater typically costs around 30p–40p per hour at full power (based on UK electricity prices).
Can electric fires be used for heat and ambience separately?
Yes – most of our fires allow you to enjoy the flame effect with or without the heat, so you can have the cosy look all year round.
What warranty do your products come with?
Our electric fires come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1–3 years depending on the model. Extended warranties may be available on request.
Do electric fires give off real flames?
No – the flames are realistic visual effects created using LED technology, designed to mimic the look of a real fire without the mess or maintenance.
How quickly can I get my order?
Most products are available from stock for quick delivery. Lead times for special orders or bespoke designs will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
How do I clean and maintain my electric fire?
Simply dust the exterior regularly and use a soft, dry cloth for the glass. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
