Our Product Guarantee

Electric Fires NI guarantees your electric fire or suite for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing and material defects, including parts and labour. Many of our products also carry extended manufacturer warranties of up to 3 years — warranty terms for each product are confirmed at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Please note that you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or if the goods are not faulty. If an item is defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and how long you have had the goods. Please retain your receipt and report any problems to us promptly.

Cancelling An Order

Under distance selling regulations, you have 7 days to cancel your order for any reason, provided you give us written notice. The 7 day period starts from the day after you receive the goods. Please note:

•  Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty
•  Full refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods
•  Goods must remain unused and in their original packaging
•  The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to your specification

Returns Process

Contact us first to receive a returns number. Items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving it, by recorded and insured delivery, in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and intact labels, and with the valid returns number clearly marked on the packaging. We reserve the right to charge for damaged or missing parts.
